Certification
Commander: Site Controller VASC Classroom Certification
Our training facility offers Verifone's Commander: Site Controller VASC classroom certification. Contact us for the current class schedule and registration details.
Course Objective
- Certifies service technicians on the Commander: Site Controller solution to complete new installations, warranty and repair work, and software upgrades
- Certifies technicians on Commander, Ruby2 and Topaz (not Ruby or Sapphire POS)
Prerequisite
- Pass the Commander: Site Controller VASC Pre-Course, available on Verifone's Premier Portal
- Complete the pre-course within 90 days before class; after 120 days it must be repurchased and passed again
- Study the pre-course material well: class builds on it
Class Format
- 4 days: 3 days of classroom training and 1 day for the certification exam
- Two short breaks and a lunch break each day
- All classes and documentation are in English
What to Bring
- A Windows laptop that meets Verifone's current hardware and software requirements (Mac, tablet, Surface and Chromebook aren't supported)
- All required software fully installed before class
- Hotel, meals and transportation are the student’s responsibility
